Do you have experience in HR/Employee Relations? Are you looking for a part-time role?
We have an exciting opportunity working for a successful business which is based local to Purfleet. This is an immediate start.
The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager in the provision of commercially focused colleague relations advise to line managers and colleagues.
The hours of work are flexible. Either 3 full days a week or school hours.
Your duties will include:
* Supporting the HR Manager providing first-line advise, support and guidance to line managers in all matters of Colleague relations.
* End to end case management of employee relation cases including providing advise and producing any associated outcome letters.
* Dealing with maternity, paternity, flexible working and absence policies along with all other compliance matters.
* Any other duties as required by the management.

This role is for an immediate start and is covering maternity for 9 - 12 months.
