Our client a growing professional services business are looking for a HR/Payroll Advisor to join their busy team.

Ideal applicants will be Generalist HR Consultants qualified to minimum Level 5 CIPD with a sound knowledge of employment practises and have good Payroll experience. You will be required to service a portfolio of clients and support them with best employment practise. Part of this role will involve managing incoming telephone requests from customers via the HR Helpline.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

* Provide a full and complete HR Service remotely to clients via telephone and email;
* Processing clients payroll on own in-house payroll system;
* Calculate statutory deductions of PAYE, NIC's etc, issue payslips and send reports to customers;
* Expand and develop the current HR Client base;
* Attend new business meetings with prospective clients and deliver a presentation where appropriate.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a generalist HR at advisor Level;
* Qualified to degree level and a CIPD Qualified Professional (Level 5 Minimum, Level 7 Preferable);
* Experience of payroll administration;
* Demonstrate strong employment law knowledge, along with in-depth experience of complex ER issues;
