Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP25,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary / PA to join a vibrant fast paced Landlords and Tenant team in a desirable Brighton location. You'll be working in a team of 13 and required to handle a heavy workload. The company has an exceptional reputation in Brighton who values going above and beyond for their clients.
Job Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Maintaining client database accurately and updating it regularly
* Filing and Maintenance of files to a high standard
* Audio Typing via Digital Dictation
* Typing of documents, correspondence, bills, file notes, court forms and knowledge of court processes and how to head up court documents without being prompted
* Good numeracy skills as dealing with invoicing and credit control aspects
* Dealing with emails both incoming and outgoing
* Dealing with clients and telephone calls in an approachable manner and demonstrably able to manage client expectations
* Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will be bright, keen and highly organised, with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Also, good legal knowledge and understanding and flexible approach to work will be required.
Skills
* Working knowledge of BigHand
* Legal Case Management systems knowledge (Not a necessity as will be trained)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles
* Good working knowledge of outlook, word and excel
* Highly developed personal skills, who can show initiative and willingness to accept instructions
* Self-motivated, flexible and team player
