Our well established client in Bristol is currently seeking an HR Assistant/Administrator to join their team. The role requires a consistently punctual and reliable individual who is process driven and able to display flexibility in order to prioritise tasks. Excellent organisation skills accompanied by a professional and approachable manner are essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain personnel files and data

Assist with appraisals, disciplinaries and benefits

Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are followed and upheld

Assist with recruitment

Producing employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment documentation

Providing administrative support to the HR department

Managing appointments and diaries of senior staff

Liaising with both internal departments and clients

Producing accurate and professional correspondence and documentation

Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will display strong communication skills and an ability to work both individually and as part of a team in order to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
