This is an incredible opportunity for an HR Manager to work in our clients expanding HR team. You will be providing support and assistance to the HR Director on all HR matters and ad hoc projects, whilst overseeing the delivery of in-house recruitment and the general enquires coming into the HR team.

A day in the life of an HR Manager at our client will involve???

* Provision of HR support to circa 150 employees across to businesses operating across 4 office including a London Office.

* Line Management of HR Assistant and Recruitment Co-Ordinator

* Maintaining personnel files, employee training records, payroll records, and the review and maintenance of policies

* Recruitment: Being involved in the whole process; ensuring all relevant paperwork is raised at the appropriate time; establishing candidate profile the delivery of job adverts; screening all applications and reviewing with managers; advising on legislation; conducting interviews; feedback to candidates and managers; raising new employee contracts; new starter inductions

* Appraisals and Training: conducting workshops; identifying training needs; manage training provider list; providing support to HRD when required

* Collating all payroll changes and paperwork for the finance department; group Life Assurance renewal data; season ticket applications forms; reviewing payroll data with finance

* Administration: offer letters; manager the leaver process; manage the HR processes; childcare vouchers; pension information; dismissal meetings; and any other HR related administration

* In the absence of the HRD, act as deputy, attending company and management meetings

* Visit the London a minimum of twice a month

About you???

* Degree educated (HR or other relevant)

* Ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified.

* Experience at HR Business Partner/HR Officer or HR Manager level.

* Line Management experience

* Sound written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong aptitude to learn and competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
