Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Salary: Competitive and dependant on experience
Experience: 5+ years PQE

Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding firm with a number of offices across London and the South East. They specialise in a wide range of legal areas and are currently seeking to expand their family law department.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The candidate will need to be a dynamic and hardworking team player, that also has experience of managing a busy caseload.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in:
* All aspects of residential conveyancing including; the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity etc
* 5+ years PQE
* Communicating verbally and in writing with Land Registry, clients and courts
* Ability to efficiently manage your own case load
