They are looking to recruit two experienced Digital Development Officers to join their ICT Service.

As part of a newly formed team, the Digital Development Officers will be multi-skilled officers able to work flexibly across the service to meet demand and service priorities. They will be capable of configuring, implementing and supporting business areas during the roll-out of new technology solutions, as directed by the Digital Development Lead.

They are currently in the process of modernising the way services are delivered, transforming the way people work and the way customers interact with us, by the introduction of new technology and redesigned business processes. If you want to be part developing and improving the way services are delivered to the public, then this is the job for you.

The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting, implementing and developing a range of Microsoft technologies and will have experience of reviewing and improving business processes. The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting or managing projects following Prince 2 or Agile methodology, have a good knowledge of general ICT professional service practice and support service practice and dealing with internal customers. They must have a high degree of ICT Literacy, with a determination and ability to apply ICT solutions to the improvement of business processes.
