Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker / Full Time
With the emphasis of 'creative' we're looking for a talented 'thinking' designer to join our small but perfectly formed team. Are you an ideas person who is itching to show their amazingly beautifully crafted portfolio demonstrating that you are one to push the boundaries and able to produce great work consistently?
If you fit that bill, you'd have the privilege of working alongside an inspiring mix of left and right brain thinkers with lots of scope to develop yourself. The 'missing person' will be a like-minded team player who's comfortable scamping, print and digitally savvy and can work across all formats seamlessly
The role
The key aspect of this role will be to work very closely with the entire team to produce exceptional quality work. To be successful you'll already have a good knowledge of design principles, be super organised and have the ability to jump between projects as necessary to meet deadlines. From logos, brochures and all things print to being able to bring creative ideas to life across a variety of digital formats.
What we're looking for
Without question, this is a pivotal role in the agency so It's a big challenge but if you're up for it and you're a talented, bright-minded creative, we'd love to hear from you. It's essential the right person has a minimum of 2 years agency experience and a strong, creative portfolio of work across a range of formats.

Desired skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the following:
* 2 years minimum in a Studio environment is essential
* Be comfortable scamping out conceptual ideas before hitting the mac
* Ability to create faultless artwork
* Be aware of design and technological trends and how to use them
* Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
* Experience of using Sketch would be preferable for web visuals
* Experience of working with video and photography would be preferable
* Strong, varied portfolio with range of work to talk through
* A keen eye for spelling and grammar
* Ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines
* Excellent visual and verbal communications skills
* Comfortable with retouching images
