Registered Care Manager

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience

Working 38 hours per week on a management rota basis.

I am recruiting for a highly skilled and experience Registered Care Manager to progress and run two residential services


These will consist of an 8 bed and 6 bed home for adults with autism and other disabilities.
Our client is a leading provider for over two decades for people with autism, learning disability and other complex needs.


Your duties will include supporting the Area Manager to ensure that excellent service levels are delivered within these sites and the services are compliant with regulatory standards.

Duties will also include leading, supporting and motivating team as well as staff supervision and team meetings.
A holistic approach to the service users` needs is essential as the client strongly believes in supporting the service users to live their lives to the fullest.

Ideally you need to hold an NVQ/SQV L4 or a QCF L5, Certificate or Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Proven experience within a residential setting with supervisory responsibilities.
