Conrad Consulting are proud to once again work exclusively on behalf of a top 10, AJ100 Architectural studio in the heart of Manchester city centre in their bid recruit additional resource to their growing office.

Following a recent, well-publicised project win this company are strategically building a team to ensure the seamless delivery of a scheme that will impact the local area for years to come. This team currently consists of a Partner within the firm overseeing the project alongisde Senior Architects and a strategic BIM lead. The next position we are looking to fill would be for an experienced and well qualified Architectural REVIT Technologist.

The successful applicant will be joining the team at an exciting time, with immediate focus being placed on this large-scale project in Manchester city centre. This project is a large-scale refurbishment of one of Manchesters most prominent buildings. Previous experience dealing with large-scale projects, historic buildings and conservation schemes will see applicants viewed upon favourably.

Your duties and functions will include the following:

* Assisting in the preparation of tender documents.
* Liaising, co-ordinating with other departments regarding development works.
* Attendance at design coordination meetings and preparation of minutes for the meeting.
* Contract administration.
* General project co-ordination.
* Attendance at construction / site meetings
* Provision of REVIT drawings.

Requirements of the Architectural REVIT Technologist will include:

* Relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
* Minimum 2 years live project experience (UK-based preferred).
* Proficiency in the use of REVIT software.
* Experience working on historic buildings/conservation schemes (Not essential).
* Ability to present ideas coherently.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality technical detailing.
* Proven track record in the delivery of architectural design.
* Knowledge of current UK technical standards/publications and legislation requirements.
