My client is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join a well established brand, who will responsible for the analysis and reporting aspect of the department ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered. Location: Burgh Heath
Salary: Up to GBP25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
Key duties:
- Responsible for supporting the team leaders with analysis and reporting
- Building dashboards and presentations to do reports on
- Providing operational support when needed via telephone or case management
- Design and develop metrics to drive key business decisions
- Provide a link between the enterprise data and management
- Monitoring key struggle points
- Taking responsibility to make decisions on how to resolve a customers issue
- Building relationships with the centre networks and customers
- Finding solutions to issues and tracking issues through reporting
- Making sure data and calculations are accurate
Key requirements:
Essential:
- Good influencing skills
- Strong excel skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good critical thinking
