We are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer for a temporary contract with a regional social housing provider. The role is for around 10 weeks and is for 37 hours per week. Duties will include:
* Responsible for housing and estate management for a patch of propertues
* Carrying out new tenancy signups
* Investigating and resolving any instances of ASB
* Dealing with voids and allocations,
* Reduced void times by advertising properties during the four weeks' termination period and dealing with allocations
* Liaised with maintenance teams to carry out works on properties
To apply candidates must have have access to transport, hold an enhanced DBS and have experience within a similar role
