Purchase Ledger Assistant

Repton School has an opportunity to work within the busy Finance office servicing Repton School and its associated entities. Duties will include the processing of all invoices and expense claims received by Repton School and its associated entities, producing the fortnightly BACs run and the monthly purchase ledger reconciliation. The successful applicant must have previous experience of working in a finance environment with a methodical and meticulous approach and must be proficient in the use of Excel.

Driving licence and own transport will be required.

This role is year-round with the hours of work being 08.30am – 4.45pm, Monday to Friday.
