To provide professional support to managers to develop and implement plans to execute organisational change effectively across the county council by :
Providing HR change advice and guidance to allow change to be successfully delivered
Advising managers of appropriate policies procedures and legislation
Gathering , analysing and interpreting workforce data
Reviewing options and recommendations to support the business with decision making
Supporting managers with individual and collective meetings and engagement activities as a result of change associated with TUPE and collective redundancy
Representing HR at various change and project meetings
