We frequently have exciting new job opportunities and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

This is an opportunity to help us keep our homes maintained to a high standard and to improve our stock. We are looking for qualified, motivated and flexible individuals who are available to work on tenanted and empty properties. We have both Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts on offer.

The types of trades we are looking to recruit are:

• Multi Skilled Joiner
• Multi Skilled Plumbers
• Labourers
• Plasterers
• Painters
• Bricklayer / Ground Worker
• Gas/Heating Engineer
• Electricians

It is essential you have a full driving license.

Salaries range from GBP17,958.00 to GBP27,076.00 dependent on skills.
