A large manufacturer in the High Peak are currently hiring for a Factory Operative to join their busy team on a full-time on-going basis working nights.
Duties as a Factory Operative will involve:
• Working on a busy production line packing goods into boxes
• Moving goods safely around the factory ready for dispatch
• General tidying up and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Must be physically fit as heavy lifting and long periods standing could be required
• Previous experience in a production environment would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Access to your own transport would be beneficial but not essential
The position is for an immediate start and is on-going which could turn permanent for the right person.
Hours of work:
Rotating Shifts each week
Monday to Friday
6:00 am - 2:00 pm
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Overtime is often available and paid after 40 hours.
