Are You A Self Motivated Residential Support Worker??


If you are a great opportunity has come available in a private semi-independent unit for young people aged 16+.

You need to have experience working with victims of trauma and understand the needs and aspirations of young people who are often in a vulnerable situation between leaving a very supported environment of care and moving into semi or independent care. These young people still need support with college, work, and learning to cope in a different social environment and learning independent living skills.

Perfect candidate will need the confidence to react calmly in a stressful or difficult situation as well as having the ability to be flexible and approachable for the young person.

To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
