Great opportunity has arisen to join a leading property company based in Colchester as a Sales Manager
The Main purpose of this role is to maximise the opportunities and productivity of the Move Consultants Team
Your team will be responsible for lead generation and conversion across multiple products and services, delivering first class service to clients
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating and managing your team to hit targets.
You will also be required to do assist with recruitment within your team, Inductions, training and performance management
You must be able to demonstrate that you have a track record of driving a team and delivering against business goals
Have excellent communication , coaching and mentoring skills
A positive can do approach
Take ownership and be accountable
Experience of Estate Agency and knowledge of industry regulations is required
Hours 37 hours per week
Salary plus commission
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
