Our client is currently seeking a Property Management Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career, build on their skills within a great team. 

The Role: As a Property Management Negotiator you will have a great opportunity to show your desire to forge a long-term career and offer the highest levels of service.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Working with other team members to optimize your Property Management Centres performance
• Carry out accurate and detailed quarterly inspections
• Negotiate between all parties in the case of any tenancy issues that arise
• Liaise with landlords over possible rent increases
• Respond to tenant maintenance issues within the required timeframe
• Compile inventories if necessary
• Ensuring gas safety certificates are in date and ordering new when existing certificates are due to expire
• Day to day management duties including deputising for your Property Manager if necessary

Candidate Specification: For this position we are seeking applications from candidates with;

• Good organisation skills, planning and time management
• Appropriate professional qualifications or willingness to undertake training for them and achieve ARLA or equivalent within 1 year of your start date
• High degree of motivation and determination
• Proven track record obtaining desired results
• Develop and show excellent negotiating skills – able to think outside the box
• Able to work under pressure
• Results driven
