Senior Site Manager (Major Commercial Project) - Manchester - VA 18767

The construction boom in Manchester is in full effect! Our client is a Top 25 Main Contractor working on major rebuild and new projects across the UK. They have recently secured several large Commercial and High-Spec Residential schemes and they are looking for Senior Site Managers to help drive these projects. Reporting into a Senior Project Manager and a visiting Project Director, you will lead these projects on site, making sure programme, quality and H&S standards are met day in, day out.

Senior Site Manager responsibilities:

- Subcontractor management.
- Site inductions.
- Procurement of materials and labour.
- Managing project costs and timelines in line with master programme, making short term amends where required.
- Managing Health & Safety on site.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Weekly reporting upline to Directors.

Senior Site Manager experience required:

- Minimum 10 years Site Manager experience.
- Site Engineer background (preferred).
- Degree educated or similar.
- CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS certified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
