Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Acting as a Team Leader for residential and commercial clients, this role will be primarily field based working on private gardens, commercial grounds and other landscaped areas.
The role will is to efficiently maintain the high standards of the commercial and residential horticultural maintenance work, liaising with the management team and implementing policies and working procedures as set out by the Company.
**Duties will include:**
* Effective day-to-day supervision of works of a team of grounds/garden maintenance assistants
* Ensure quality standards are consistently upheld;
* Ensure health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines are followed;
* Mentor, develop and appraise team members and maintain discipline within the team;
* Ensure the team act responsibly and appropriately towards other team members, clients and members of the public;
* Ensure that all administration is completed correctly and submitted on time.
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Full driving licence
* Responsible for company vehicles
* Responsible for company fuel cards
* Responsible for company equipment
* Responsible for customer site security
* Staff Recruitment, Supervision, Mentoring and Development
**Working Hours:**
Monday - Friday 50 hours
