This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialised veterans service as a clinical manager. This opportunity is like no other working in a charity based organisation where the sole purpose is to deliver quality, cost-effective and safe service to the service users.


Your key responsibilities will be to ensure the service users plans are current and available and that every user is provided with the terms and conditions of the home and these are understood. You will ensure every applicant is eligible by completing the correct applications.

You will ensure that service users, their families or representatives, staff and health and social care representatives are provided with the opportunity to register their views on the quality of service via the annual satisfaction survey. To further ensure that improvement action in response to survey results is planned and completed and those results and improvement plans are communicated to all participants via annual report respond with an action plan within given timescales to the results of audits and inspections undertaken by all regulatory and statutory bodies, Internal Audit, and Con-naught.

I am looking for a Registered Nurse who has experience of managing a care home and a proven track record of working with CQC regulations and standards. Having passion and enthusiasm for quality and person centred care is vital for this demanding role. Experience in managing large budgets the ability to inspire, lead and develop a large staff team is essential. You must hold a UK driving licence.

This is a full time position at 37 hours per week. The salary is upto £55,000 per annum with an excellent benefits package.
