They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 12 month maternity cover contract.

Your Role 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with delivering administrative support to various teams as well as team and project managers throughout the business. 

Specifically, you will provide general admin support to the Operations Management Team and Project Managers, and a range of HR, personal assistant and invoicing assistance to other areas. 

Your role will involve: 

- Supporting team expenses 
- Fielding logistics enquiries 
- Supporting stock management for projects 
- Updating internal systems with project or operations details 
- Auditing reports on a monthly basis 
- Cross-checking, confirming receipt of, and approving invoices and supporting purchasing document creation 
- Collecting time sheets and managing team holiday and sick leave 
- Co-ordinating overseas travel 

About You 

To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need: 

- A strong level of IT literacy, with particular focus on experience with Microsoft Office applications 
- A confident, organised and diligent approach 
- Excellent communication skills 

Ideal candidates will have around two years’ office experience; however, this is by no means essential.
