Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £7 an hour.
The role will include cover on Reception until 9pm two evenings per week (with a later start time).
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
- Reception duties
- Liaising with offender Managers
- Answering telephone and email queries
- Greeting visitors
- Relaying correct messages
- Record management
The ideal candidate will be reliable, a good team player and have excellent prioritisation skills.
You will be required to have previous experience as a Receptionist in a busy environment.
The rate of pay is £7 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
