Automotive Coordinator - Cannock

Rubix Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for an Automotive Coordinator to be a customer service contact for automotive clients within the Freight Forwarding industry. This role has the possibility of progression into a junior import planner role with training provided to support development. For the right candidate this will be an exciting opportunity to progress within the logistics industry.

GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm
5% employer contributory pension scheme
20days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
2 x salary life insurance cover

Duties:

* Main contact between the client and automotive customers and other partners and depots predominately in Germany via telephone and email
* Dealing swiftly and precisely with any customer queries or problems and obtaining updates from hauliers that are organising collections and dealing with any arising issues

Skills Required:

* Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to work under pressure and within a timeframe
* A general overall knowledge of the basic windows packages, and the ability to learn quickly the web portals of the clients
* Be a confident and sharp witted individual, but with an ability to be a member of a team, working in conjunction with fellow colleagues
* Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry
* To be pro-active and be prepared to react to ever changing requirements
* Fluent German language is required for this position
