Your new role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager. Measuring all works and liaising with clients and sub-contractors. Provide advice to Trainees and produce top quality records of work at all times.
Ensure all processes are carried out in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner, in accordance with policies and integrated management system.
Prepared to work towards MCIP's, you have a proven QS track record within the construction sector, underpinned by first-class client-facing skills and a detail-conscious, accurate approach.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree level educated
- Proficient in MS Programs
- Track record of works
- Skilled at drafting performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs) and tender documentation and at managing the tender process
