Employment Status:  Full Time - Permanent

Location: London - Work from home when required

A short description of the role:

To support the development and delivery of the Incentive FM Group Sales Strategy.  Make appointments and market products by phone, email and other platforms. To support the sales team by implementing the new market development strategy and create opportunities to grow the business in new regions.

A list of Key Competencies/Experience required:

• Must be educated to Graduate Level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and influencing skills.
• Experience of working at a Telesales or other sales role preferred but not essential.
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone and email.
• Experience of working and building relationships with clients.
• Excellent IT literacy skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and the IFM teams.
• Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role.
• Excellent time management organisation and focus on ability to prioritise and multi task with clear ability to focus on detail.
• Positive and professional personality with an excellent and concise telephone manner.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to be resilient and cope with rejection.
• Ability to demonstrate a passion for the IFM brand.
