Lettings Manager
Birmingham
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000OTE
Our client, an independent estate agent based in Birmingham, are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to lead the continued success of the lettings department.
Main Lettings Manager duties;
Management, leadership and motivation of the lettings team
Increase overall profitability and volume of lettings business
Grow the current level of landlords and client base
Manage and promote the 'brand' of the business
Set and agree team targets and objectives
Review performances, highlight and apply coaching and development
Ensure team adhere to and follow company processes
Assist in generation of new leads, market appraisals and taking on new landlords/properties and tenants
Candidate requirements for the role;
Previous experience in management within the property industry
Ideally (but not essential) qualified to ARLA/NFoPP standard
A true leader with natural talent for nurturing a successful team
A motivational individual with a strong work ethic and customer focussed mindset
Full and valid driving licence - Use of own car
Knowledge of the local property market
Highly organised and proactive
Salary: GBP25,000 -GBP30,000 OTE
