An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Branch Manager to join my clients agency in Birmingham
My client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager within Property Sales who has managed a team, driven business and has a proven track record within the industry.
Key duties within this position will include:
Managing a Sales team
Generating business
Valuing properties
Assisting team with tasks
Motivating staff and coaching/developing
Conducting 1-2-1's, reviews and morning meetings
Overseeing and running the office
My client is seeking a confident, strong and experienced Sales Branch Manager who is looking to continue a long-term career within the industry.
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
In return, my client will offer a competitive basic salary of GBP19,000 - GBP22,000 + GBP35,000 OTE.
