Working closely with a range of clients, this company is typically supporting contractors who are focused on achieving challenging targets, tight deadlines and a high level of compliance.
Your role will be to provide Breeam assessments for a range of building s, primarily in the industrial and commercial sectors.
If you are used to working other areas, your experience is equally valid and welcome; they are keen to appoint someone who is able to liaise effectively, work efficiently and demonstrate in depth knowledge of the BRE methodology.
When applying it is vital that you are an accredited assessor in at least one sector and can demonstrate the ability to assess sites, liaise with stakeholders and possibly negotiate with the BRE regarding schemes.
Career paths open to you include responsibility for specific clients, leading a team and moving on to full profit and loos responsibility over time.
