Contracts Manager
A well founded Construction business within the East Midlands are now recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Projects team. This role offers an excellent remuneration package and career prospects.
The Company
With a reputation for high-quality project work they complete projects across a variety of sectors including; residential, commercial, education, retail and industrial. Projects are typically valued up to GBP5,000,000 and include new builds through to refurbishments.
The appointed Contracts Manager will be:
* Manage projects to ensure they are completed to budget and on time.
* Manage Site Managers.
* Complete negotiations with suppliers to ensure commercial value.
* Be a lead within H&S.
The Contracts Manager must:
* Have experience as a Contracts Manager or significant experience as a Site Manager looking to step up.
* Be experienced on projects up to GBP5,000,000.
* Proven track record for previous employers.
