The Company:

* Founded in 2014

* Based in the heart of Soho (Nearest Tubes are: Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, or Tottenham Court Road)

* They focus on technology recruitment (data analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, Mobile Technology)

* 27 strong in their London office, they also have an office in Manhattan, New York

* Placed candidates in over 23 countries specifically focus on North America and EMEA

* They have predominantly working on the perm market, but now they have just secured a new client

* They are now one of the top 10 suppliers globally to a big client they have just secured

* Looking to build out a recruitment team of Account Managers, to place people into contractual positions, where they can look after accounts / liaise with Engagement Managers

* Placing in individuals who specialise in PSP, which is a new software who are on $70-$120 dollars per hour

* They are one of the top suppliers if not the top supplier for Nokia Global and other clients include; XO Group, Columbus, Customer Matrix, Smartlogic etc.

* They have big plans for 2019, including further expansion and to hire more Account Managers, and also have secured a partnership with Lucidworks and Morgan Stanley

The Role:

* They have a dedicated resourcing / delivery team, but you would also be involved in sourcing new candidates

* They have two different types of positions, one that is more new business development focused for those that like to pitch and win new business, the other is to account manage accounts, deliver into accounts, and ensure the client is happy with the contractors you are providing as a company

* As and Account Manager, you will be closely with the resourcing team

* A Consultant / Account Manager has recently started with them, and she has placed x2 candidates with Microsoft, which has equated for GBP20K for the month, which is typical for Consultants to do each month, if not more

Benefits:

* Salary is GBP24,000 - negotiable, dependent on sales experience + commission (GBP40K-GBP50K year 1)
