* Participate in daily and weekly cleaning rotas and maintain working surfaces, floors and equipment and utensils in a safe and clean condition
* Assist in training junior staff in baking and decorating

* You have two years' experience as a Pastry Chef, working somewhere which bakes and decorates cakes and desserts from scratch
* Must have proven experience of working in a busy kitchen, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task
* You are able to follow instructions to bake cakes and make desserts to a consistently high standard, and can work on your own initiative

* You are able to maintain a pleasant, helpful and courteous manner at all times
* You can maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times and will wear a clean, ironed uniform

Requirements

* Full-time, 10 days a fortnight working every other weekend. 7.30am to 5pm (4pm on Sundays). No evening hours!
