Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced recruitment business. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Compliance, your role will lead, support and engage an established team, managing direct reports' performance, ensuring targets are met, key accounts are managed to maximise organic growth and generate new business. Dynamic in approach you will create a climate of high productivity and performance whilst delivering exceptional customer service standards. You will be accountable for maintaining professional Recruitment Manpower solutions that are competitive, compliant, innovative and delivers the Company Strategy through individual and team achievement of KPi's.
Additional responsibilities include:
•Training and development of current and new personnel
•Ensure adherence to Government legislation and best recruitment practises
•Assist in the management of worldwide contract workers
•Collation and delivery of reports at senior management meetings
•Responsible for the Management of the on-site Contract Managers
•Maintain and optimise processes and procedures
•Preparation, submission and presentation of department budget
•Control of all recruitment related budgets
•Strong relationship with the Company Business Development Team
•Build trusted relationships with Customers and wider business
•Responsible for the team delivery of all Recruitment compliance
•Market research and up to date knowledge of activity within the Industry
•All Contract and Permanent Recruitment
Given the importance of regulatory controls in the industry and the ever-changing legislation, this position dictates that it is the post holder's responsibility to ensure all employees in the recruitment department are aware and adopt all changes ensuring continual best practice.
Qualifications
•A working Knowledge of Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering industry (desirable)
•Exceptional High Standards of Customer Service
•Previous recruitment experience
•Proven Budget management and target setting
•Tenacious and driven - strong leadership skills & an appetite to progress
•Evidenced team and individual development experience
•Flexible and mobile, willing to travel
•Commercial acumen
•Strong Communication Skills (both written and spoken)

Due to the nature of our business, all employment is subject to satisfactory references being obtained, attainment of either an MoD SC (Security Check), appropriate UK Criminal Record Check or Foreign Police Check (whichever is applicable depending on duration of UK residency) and, as applicable, a medical assessment. Access to US technical data by employees requires prior Trade Control function approval. Clearance must be carried out against all applicable US export control authorisations
