A top client of mine have an exciting opportunity to join their talented and developed team with ambitious growth plans. Working closely with and reporting to the senior management team.
The main part of this role is to analyse the data from a variety of marketing, sales and commercial activities and be able to interpret and then present the data back in a visual form. You'll be responsible for driving lead conversion and maximising commercial opportunities.
To be a success in this role you'll need to be a clear analytical thinker with the ability to both effectively gather data and provide analysis, in order to assist with driving decision making and trend analysis.
Main responsibilities include:
• Analyse and report on commercial performance to help achieve commercial targets
• Provide actionable insight to the team based on lead trends to identify further new business opportunity with timescales for implementation
• Locate and define process improvement opportunities and implement automated/streamlined processes
• Identify key areas to increase efficiency and automation of existing data capture processes
• Monitor quality of new data created in CRM and report, recommend and implement agreed improvements
• Work with Commercial Analyst to assist with Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in lead data sets and to resolve data inaccuracies as and when required.
• Provide insight to Commercial team on lead trends and align to marketing activity.
• Work with Technology to drive system improvements to support commercial effectiveness and growth
Experience Required
• Experience using Power BI essential. Microsoft dynamics and other reporting software desirable.
• Proven work experience working with data and analytics
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills and creative ability, to visualise and make data interesting for people who aren't experts
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
• The ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
