User-Experience Writer / UX Writer

OSR is currently recruiting on behalf of a finance company in South Lincolnshire who are looking for an experienced UX Writer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team and be surrounded by passionate and dedicated marketeers. You will work within the Content team to develop materials to optimise the user experience for this company's customers.

Job responsibilities:

• Writing copy.
• Analyse customer journey.
• Apply relevant techniques and approaches to the company's various websites and products.
• Developing material for all digital content.
• Work in line with SEO best practices.
• Produce accurate work in line with regulations.
• Troubleshoot, revise and rewrite copy to create the optimal experience.

Job requirements:

• 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional services experience would be desirable.
• Highly proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience analysing the customer journey, crawl optimisation, click through rate, and conversion rate.
• Experience in content marketing and copywriting.
• Wider digital marketing experience for example PPC, email, social media is desirable.

This location is commutable from Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford, Nottingham, and Melton Mowbray.
