A highly respected law practice seeks an experienced Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Paralegal to join their successful department in their office in Chippenham.

The department benefits from complex, varied work and whilst the team is small they work in a highly motivated and cohesive manner in order to achieve successful outcomes for their clients.

The role involves working a varied caseload comprising of a full spectrum of serious personal injury and medical negligence claims. The practice takes great pride in the quality of their client care and they have a strong focus on client engagement and rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience of claimant Personal Injury caseload, especially in fast-track RTAs. You will also possess knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and have a proven track record in terms of billing.

It is required that you will be instrumental in the department's business development and marketing efforts, as part of the team and individually.

Salary is very competitive and DOE - GBP21,000 - GBP25,000
