We’re now looking for a Lead Change Manager to join us in Chiswick and oversee a range of BSI’s change management projects.

The Role

As the Lead Change Manager, you will ensure the success of a range of change programmes within BSI. 

In this important role, you will: 

- Make sure that all deliverables are fit-for-purpose and meet project milestones 
- Liaise with Training and Communications colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of change
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of change management projects 
- Develop, own and continually improve the Change Management Toolkit

About You 

To join us as a Lead Change Manager, you will need: 

- Significant experience of leading business change management teams and applying recognised methodologies and toolkits 
- Experience of leading change and business adoption initiatives, ideally across global businesses 
- Knowledge of building change management strategies, tools and their application. 
- Excellent stakeholder management skills 
- An open, collaborative and proactive approach to work
