Recruitment Co-ordinator - Bi-Lingual (Dutch / English) - Hersham
You will be working with an international company using your Dutch and English language skills to develop relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and contractors to fill job requisitions as quickly as possible.
Liaising with hiring managers and suppliers to get the best possible choice of CVs and then coordinating interviews and the best part of all - making contract offers!
You will also be responsible for administration of contractors, starters and leavers, contract extensions, negotiating rate increases and purchase order changes.
You will need fluent written and spoken Dutch and English as you will be using both languages when attending staff, supplier and client meetings and conference calls.
You will need to be comfortable in negotiating with both managers and suppliers.
Previous experience in an HR / Recruitment environment is ideal and professional customer service skills are essential.
