Our client is a franchised branch of a well-known and respected national sales and lettings agency.
They are looking for an experienced lettings professional to help manage their growing lettings portfolio at their Leeds branch.
An already proven Residential Lettings professional with HMO experience, with a clear passion for property and ideally experienced working in a varied marketplace, you will be driven to succeed and be a real team player.
Candidates must have:
•Prior Residential Lettings experience with an excellent understanding of the industry and HMO property.
•Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate, train and encourage.
•Strong negotiation skills.
•A good understanding of local lettings market and able to handle property management issues,
liaising with contractor and organising maintenance works
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•A keen eye for detail.
•Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
•Able to work to targets.
•A willingness to go the extra mile.
•NAEA or NFOPP would be an advantage.
•A full UK driving license with your own car, though pool car available.
Salary will be a basic GBP17,000-GBP20,000 plus uncapped commission.
