Do you have experience repairing PCBs down to component level? Are you looking for a role where you will deal with customers to solve their technical problems?
Established over 30 years ago, this company design and manufacture high precision instruments for industries such as medical and defence. As a result of ongoing expansion they are now looking for an additional electronics technician
You wil deal with the whole process from technical query, fault finding to providing quotes for the repair and calibration of precision instruments. This is a varied position with tailored training to develop your skills into a technical expert.
The Role:
* Liaise with customers to provide technical support
* PCB repair down to component level
* Mechanical strip down of the equipment to clean and service
* Prepare cost quotes for repairs
* Provide technical support for production staff
* GBP25,000 + Training + Progression
The Person:
* Experience of fault finding PCB's to component level
* Experience with hand tools
* Looking for progression and training
* Happy to liaise with customers
