We have a vacancy available for a (Noise) Technical Officer role, for a local authority based in the South East London area. This a 3-month contract and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
The Role:
* Manage a case load of noise complaints, progressing cases from the initial informal intervention.
* Visiting complainants.
* Witnessing the effect of noise on their enjoyment of their dwellings.
* Abatement notices being served under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience of dealing with noise complaints.
