Sales & Events Manager - Growing Restaurant Group - New Opening - Role Responsibility

As Sales & Events Manager - you will be responsible for:

* To ensure all events, functions are planned with critical detail and executed perfectly

* To continually drive towards service excellence, customer satisfaction and delivering innovation across all areas

* Ability to organise and implement plans to achieve strategic growth of the operation

* You must be exceptionally presentable

* To implement and maintain exemplary levels of standards of hygiene, health and safety, auctioning where necessary

* Experienced Sales & events co-ordinator within hospitality

* Strong level of literacy and numeracy

* Experience within sales an event planning
