Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with this reputable, medium-sized Architectural practice based just outside of Brentwood, Essex. This professional practice are on the lookout for a hard-working and experienced Architectural Technician to join their skilled team on a full-time permanent basis.
Our client is a design-led practice that specialises in residential, hospitality, commercial & leisure projects and they are set to make several key appointments in the coming months. With a focus on creating inspiring buildings with a contemporary & sleek vision, the successful candidate is certain to gain exposure to a range of iconic projects.
Requirements of the Architectural Technician:
??Relevant technical qualification - Degree/HNC/HND
??Must be conversant with all packages in Microsoft Office
??Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
??Knowledge of REVIT advantageous (training provided if necessary)
??Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
??Good communication skills, as interaction with other professionals, authorities and clients will take place on a regular basis
??The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
??A logical and practical approach as well as an ability to solve problems
??Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
??Attention to detail and design, and the ability to visualise objects in three dimensions
??Planning and organisation skills
??Technically competent
