Could you imagine yourself as a Business Analyst intern?
If you're in your penultimate year at uni, an internship could help you jump the queue onto one of our graduate programmes. We have ten internship spots, split across Nottingham and London.
Over ten weeks, you'll be taking on real projects and development training. You'll have a buddy on your team, a programme mentor - and you'll even get to meet the CEO. You can also expect to:
You'll be able to wrap your head around complex problems
Your degree subject isn't important for this role - you might be studying a STEM subject, it could be finance or economics, or it could be something else altogether. It's your problem-solving skills that count here.
We're #11 in Glassdoor's 'Best Places to Work In The UK' list
We got this recognition by practising what we preach. We make work life informal, flexible and simple, so our people can get creative. (Although the high starting salaries and other perks are probably factors too.)
All our interns get an GBP18,000 pro-rata salary (what you'd get if you worked the full year), with a GBP1,000 signing bonus.
And there's plenty more to read about us on our website - which is also where you can get the ball rolling with your application.

- Find gaps in the market that new Capital One products could fill
- Pore over the data to find clever ways to win new customers
- Come up with new ways to help our customers stay on track with their credit
- Present your ideas to senior managers
