We are looking to recruit both a Jnr Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join the brigade at this well established, renowned Cotswold hotel based in the amazing town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire, the heart of Blenheim Place. The hotel sits right in the middle of this famous town and they are certainly no fools when it comes to their food offering! Boasting 2AA Rosettes, the menu features British classics, executed with real flair, passion and class. Their afternoon tea is also one of the best you will ever experience!

We are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join this amazing hotel in West Oxfordshire that are passionate about what they do, that want to work with fresh, local and seasonal produce and who can really execute a dish. You will help oversee the kitchen when Chef is off and will also help develop the specials and drive quality.

Working around 50 hours a week, you will be required to work a combination of straight & split shifts and may also need to help cover Breakfast every now & again. We are looking for team players that understand the values of a team effort and who can assist in trying to achieve future accolades.
