Talent Point are a Change Management consultancy specialising in Tech hiring. Our idea was born out of the desire to improve the way companies improve their hiring strategies to seek the very best talent and retain them!
What do we do?
When we first begin work with a customer, we work on-site with them to give a strategic review of their technology hiring. We work to understand their current business model, how their teams work and where their current hiring strategy is going wrong.
Have they been looking for a senior candidate yet not have the salary to match? Are they looking for a unicorn candidate who doesn't exist? Are they struggling to retain their employees?
We then use the products and technologies that we have created in-house to create an entirely new strategy. We analyse their current hiring strategy and work on a report based on our live market data to work out where improvements can be made. We create a role based on what their team needs, assessing the skills available on the market and their budget. We teach hiring managers how to interview and engage applicants. We analyse their Learning & Development and career progression structure so that they can retain their new hires.
We'd love for you to join us and help our customers utilise our products and technologies so that they can really improve their technology hiring. You'll be a Talent Point ambassador and we'll teach you all about our products and services so you know them inside out, then you can help us improve them!
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for:
* Your great interpersonal skills and the way you can build trust with your excellent relationships
* Your ambition to be the very best Technology Consultant and shape where Talent Point are going
* Your analytical ability to be able to troubleshoot and identify flaws
* Your decision-making skills and ability to reassure the people around you of your conclusion
Whether you've been studying for a Technology or Business-related role or not, we'd love to hear from you. We offer some industry-leading training that has been developed over 15 years, proven to create some of the best Consultants in the industry.
What's in it for you?
This isn't a sales role so we pay you bigger base salaries and monthly bonuses.
Base salary: GBP21,000 - GBP25,000 (depending on experience)
Earning Potential:
* Realistically GBP25-30K in year 1
* GBP30-GBP40K in year 2
* You'll likely be a senior account manager working in the GBP50-80K bracket by your third year
