Contracts Manager - Small Works
We are working with well-established regional contractor, who operate predominantly in the office fit out and education refurbishment space, as well as carrying out small works and maintenance schemes.
They carry out a diverse range of works from suspended ceiling & partitioning walls, to new science laboratories, wash rooms and roofing projects. Values can drastically vary from GBP1000 to GBP500,000.
Due to expediential growth, largely from repeat business with existing clients they are looking to appoint a Construction / Contracts Manager to ensure delivery of a multitude of works and further cement their excellent relationships with their client base.
They can offer a varied and diverse role, inclusive of but not limited to;
* Production of Method statements & risk assessments
* Coordinating labour and resource amongst their numerous projects
* Ordering materials
* Client engagement, updating of progress and planning works
* Project Management to ensure delivery in line with the programme
* Assisting in developing programme of works
* Be the driving force behind the projects
You will be working closely with the MD of the business to allow them to focus more on the strategic running of the business as opposed to being hands on so will receive invaluable one on one training.
