Your Role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will enthusiastically deliver services to customers throughout the North-East through effective personnel planning, employee engagement and retention and driving client and company standards.

You'll proactively manage staffing levels and ensure that Protective Services Officers remain engaged in their roles and customer SLAs are achieved.

Specifically, you will:

- Allocate resources in-line with statutory and company standards
- Ensure that all sites within your area are appropriately staffed
- Manage recruitment activities within your area
- Ensure that employees have the training they need to deliver a first-class service
- Carry out quality assurance checks and site audits
- Make sure that assignment instructions, site documentation and risk assessments are up-to-date
- Help to retain customers by maintaining excellent levels of service

About You

To be considered, you will need:

- Customer service experience
- An SIA licence
- A good standard of IT literacy

Experience of working in security, portfolio management or risk management would be beneficial. Previous IOSH training/experience would also be an advantage, as would a full, clean driving licence.
