Lettings Negotiator

A well-known Estate Agency are looking to expand their team in their Swansea branch and hire a Lettings Negotiator. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated lettings negotiator join an already successful team. The client has many long standing employees which is a great sign of how they treat their staff!! About you:

* Driving license

* Previous experience in the property market

* Excellent communication skills

* Fantastic customer service

* Ability to work as an individual and in a team

The Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

* Carry out viewings with potential tenants

* Liaising with landlords

* Completing all paperwork

* Chasing up leads and generating new business

* Diary management

* Prepare property details including website listings
